Production planning: production and optimization of production plans taking into account order situation, resource availability and machine capacities. Process optimization: Identification and implementation of improvement measures to increase efficiency and reduce costs in production. Digitalization: Introduction and use of digital tools for production control, data analysis and process monitoring. Coordination: Close cooperation with the production management, the logistics, purchasing and quality management departments to ensure an optimal production flow. Staff planning: planning and use of employees in production in line with production requirements. Professional experience: multiannual experience in a comparable position in production planning and work preparation, ideally in a producing company in the food or feed industry. Leadership experience: First experience in employee management, with the ability to motivate and guide a team. Technical understanding: A found understanding of production machines and processes, especially in the areas of silo plants, mixing plants and packaging machines.
