Do you want to legally shape the energy transition? Then you are with us That's right. We are looking for two lawyers:inside (m/w/d) with different Focus on our legal department – in the heart of the Energy supply.

· In a dynamic legal environment you take on versatile and exciting tasks with social relevance. · You support your colleagues in legal issues – in particular in energy law, trade and company law and in Public law and climate protection law. · You will work on demanding projects across the Group and interdisciplinary – also within the E.ON Group. · Contract negotiations coordinate and conduct yourself – including preparation, preparation and logging. · Internal technical regulations guide and moderate you sovereignly and targeted.

Your choice: Two focal points

Litigation & clarification of energy policy issues You commit court proceedings and grow into our role as Expert:involve into energy policy issues – e.g. the areas concessions, network connections, feed-in remuneration, Gas network transformation, regulation, line rights and measuring point operation. What you don't know yet, you learn with us: with structured onboarding, professional support and practical training we make you fit for your tasks.

Corporate governance & equity management You advise and accompany the Management Board, Supervisory Board, Annual General Meetings and the management of our holding companies. Participation acquisitions/sales and conversions after Conversion law as well as projects of joint ventures belong to your day business.

· You have completed a legal university degree and that second legal state exams ideally with the note "satisfactory" completed. · Basic commercial knowledge you bring and interest yourself for the structures and processes of a group association. · The work in the team makes you happy, as well as learning together and dealing with ever-changing laws. · Own responsibility, curiosity and a pronounced customer orientation stand out. · You want to actively contribute to the legal shaping of the energy transition and brings interest in climate protection. · Very good German skills complete your profile.
