You represent the interests of the Studierendenwerk in our construction projects vis-à-vis planners, construction authorities and executive companies and communicate with the project participants. For the construction projects you take over the appointment, cost, budget, quality control, acceptance and defect tracking, internally you are the first contact person for department management and management. For small construction projects and for large repairs in the properties, you are responsible for the entire range of project management, including planning, tendering, LP 6-7 award, object monitoring with all services and warranty and defect tracking according to HOAI, in particular the organisation, handling and monitoring of all construction sites. You track the building control, place value on a factual reporting system and develop their own cost estimates and calculations.

You have a degree in civil engineering, architecture or you are a construction engineer (m/w/d). You have experiences in the field of planning, costing, tendering, awarding, construction management and billing of construction projects and project management and can apply BauO NRW, BauGB, relevant DIN standards, VOB and HOAI legally safe. You control the application of AVA and CAD programs; Experience with CAFM systems is desirable. You have a basic understanding of the process. You have fun in new tasks and projects. You also have flexibility, load-bearing capacity, sovereign appearance on the construction site, enforcement capability and are characterized by an independent functioning, sense of responsibility and team capacity.
