Senior Consultant (m/w/d) (unlimited, 38.5-hour week)

These are your tasks: You serve and advise customers as well as sales partners in the German-speaking countries in all technical requests and complaints You develop customer-oriented and practical solutions and ensure a fast, competent processing of technical concerns As a technical consultant (m/w/d) you act as a central interface between external services, electrical installers and other partners You support our customers with high service and solution orientation in technical issues and actively contribute to long-term customer satisfaction Through your technical expertise and communicative appearance, you strengthen customer loyalty and support sales in the successful support of our partners

Completed electrotechnical training, e.g. as an electronic/electro-installer, ideally with further training to the master or technician Multiannual practical experience in electrical installation, building technology or technical support in this field Knowledge of modern building automation and smart home systems, especially KNX, are desirable Embossed technical understanding and the ability to convey complex facts in a comprehensible and solution-oriented manner High problem-solving capability and a structured and independent operation Communication strength and professional experience in exchange with customers, craftsmen and sales partners Strong customer and service orientation with the aim of building trust and creating sustainable solutions Loadability, flexibility and the ability to act sovereign even in challenging situations Good knowledge of German in word and writing and knowledge of English Experience in technical customer support, interior service or technical advice is a plus
