They support the nurses in the care of our patients, take over administrative tasks and help maintain the quality of care at a high level. • Support for nurses: assistance in the implementation of care measures as necessary and possible.
• Recognizing and detecting patient needs: expert identification of the needs and resources of patients in the field of basic care.
• With the help of the station sequence: support for organizational and administrative tasks to ensure a smooth running on the station.
• Transfer of activities: Efficient and precise oral and written handover of the activities and tasks carried out.
• Cleaning and processing: responsible implementation of cleaning and treatment measures in the context of redundancy management.
• Advanced tasks: take over additional tasks depending on the team's personal delegation and needs.
