Digital Transformation Manager Digitalization & AI (m/f/d)

You test and classify incoming digital needs, prioritize them and control the digital project portfolio of the area (Demand & Portfolio Management). You work out digital projects end-to-end: from feasibility testing to implementation to conversion to regular operation and scaling. You are responsible for implementing digital projects. You accompany the introduction of digital solutions with professional change management and internal communication and thus secure the adoption in the clinics. You work closely with the project portfolio management, IT, institutes and clinics. You use AI-based tools for analysis, project management and preparation and contribute to the hybrid operation of the area.

Complete university studies, ideally in (economic) informatics, health management, economics, medicine or a comparable area Multiannual experience in project and/or portfolio management, ideally in healthcare or in the digital transformation of complex organizations Methodological know-how (e.g. project management, process design, change management) Knowledge of interoperability and clinical systems is advantageous Experience with funding projects is desirable Safe occurrence, enforcement and pronounced communicative competence in exchange with management levels Structured, independent and solution-oriented mode of operation and analytical thinking
