We are looking for you as a Safety Manager (m/w/d). In this function, you are primarily responsible for the issue of occupational safety and develop the existing management system strategically. In addition to the operational support of various corporate locations, you have the opportunity to establish standards and improve structures sustainably.

· Operational advice and support according to §6 Arbeitsschutzgesetz at the headquarters and at other German locations · Strategic development of the integrated management system for the group of companies · Organisation and implementation of ASA meetings and safety visits including the creation of instructions and safety concepts · Implementation of internal audits and supervision of audits by external certification bodies · Independent reporting and cooperation with authorities and professional associations

· Complete technical training and technical studies including the qualification as a “work safety specialist” · Additional qualifications for the internal auditor, waste commissioner or immission protection officer (m/w/d) are advantageous, but no need · Including professional experience in the fields of occupational safety and quality and environmental management · Readiness to travel within Germany of about 20% · Secure English knowledge for exchange in the international business environment
