Do you want to work interdisciplinary, to actively shape cross-division cooperation and the term data governance is not a foreign word for you? You are part of the configuration/ Obsoleszenzmanagements the link between the areas of Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) and Engineering, create transparency and ensure that all work on the same database. ILS is primarily responsible for calculating the reliability and availability of components, fault analyses (FMECA), the maintenance task analysis and the level of repair analysis of our ship systems. In your role, you question existing processes critically, recognize project-specific optimization potentials and develop concepts that make cooperation more efficient, clear and future-proof. With analytical thinking and conceptual strength, you drive improvements and shape sustainable, such as configuration/obsolescence management and the different ILS disciplines work with the design or product data. Your tasks at a glance: You develop and implement cross-departmental structures and concepts for cooperation between ILS and engineering. To do this, you design the necessary processes, document them and ensure their introduction to transparency, efficiency and data consistency to produce. The central aspect of data governance is your responsibility, ensuring a durable, consistent database in configuration and obsolescence management. You analyze data, identify inconsistencies and have an eye for weaknesses and optimization potentials in processes - you can derive concrete recommendations from your findings. Sustainable solutions put you in close coordination with Project coordinators, subproject managers and stakeholders in fact. You moderate cross-departmental votes and combine different perspectives for a meaningful consensus. In the configuration and obsolescence management boards, you act as a contact person for the customer, especially in case of queries to the interface, create him with clarity about the project-specific processes and represent our way of working confidently and professionally.

Complete technical or economic studies, e.g. economic engineering, ship operations, etc. Multiannual professional experience in the maritime industry, preferably in the handling of major projects of the German Client Experience in configuration and obsolescence management, logistics support analysis and/or construction Very good communication skills in German and English Embossed moderation capabilities, an analytical and structured way of working as well as a high problem solving capability, self-initiative and change competence Ready to travel (approx. 20%)
