The staff team supports all executives, teams and employees in IT operations in the fields of IT security management and business continuity management.

Participation in the creation and maintenance of IT security concepts and instructions for action in IT operation Advising system administrators in implementing technical and organizational IT security requirements Participation in risk management in IT operations Keeping measures implemented in the context of IT security Vulnerability Management Support Preparation and participation in audits Participation in projects, workshops and bodies of German pension insurance

A completed higher education (Bachelor, Diplom FH), in the IT field or in the MINT field, or a comparable qualification, for example, as a specialist (economic/administrative or IT-based) or a completed IT training course with several years of practical experience in IT Multiannual job-relevant professional experience in IT Advanced knowledge of BSI standards or other IT security standards (e.g. ISO 27001) Very good knowledge of German in word and writing Basic knowledge of complex IT organizations and IT architectures Practical experience with an ISMS tool (e.g. HiScout or verinice) is desirable Ideal experience in risk management and/or vulnerability management A self-organized, independent and structured way of working distinguishes you A high degree of communication skills, control competence and holistic thinking complete your profile
