The organisation and support of the Department of Environment and Work Protection in administrative and co-ordinative matters is one of your main tasks Ensuring a professional, efficient flow of information within the team as well as internal and external partners is also your responsibility You support compliance with legal and operational standards The creation and preparation of presentations, reports and statistics are further components of your daily business You are responsible for the organisation, booking and settlement of missions for team members In addition, you support the accident reporting and take over it as deputy You also perform general organizational tasks such as scheduling, filing and protocol management The independent management and coordination of small projects in the field of environment and work protection completes your exciting task area

You provide a successfully completed commercial training, an administrative or environmental and occupational training with administrative experience or a comparable qualification with Ideally, you have knowledge of environmental and occupational safety You are routined in dealing with popular MS Office applications You have experience in dealing with administrative correspondence and sensitive data In addition, you have pronounced organizational skills and project management expertise within a small framework Reliability, discretion and high social competence in dealing with colleagues and executives are characteristic for you Flowing German and English skills complete your profile, French skills are advantageous
