As a competence center for network construction projects, network technology and (large) project management, the Technology & Projects division provides the necessary expertise to the network construction projects of TransnetBW. With the conversion of the AC network and the construction of the DC network, the teams create the conditions for the success of the energy transition and take over the cost, budget and implementation responsibility. The area of construction and projects is responsible for the cost and implementation of the TransnetBW network construction and real estate projects. In addition to the construction and control, this includes knowledge on quality management, data and information management, as well as HSE and environmental expertise. Major pioneering projects such as SuedLink contribute significantly to the success of the company and to the success of the energy transition. You take over the management of our management projects from commissioning to commissioning and organize, coordinate and monitor the necessary activities You are responsible for adhering to the set framework of time, cost and quality, as well as compliance with environmental and occupational safety regulations within the projects In the role as client (m/w/d), You control technical specialists, service providers and downstream contractors In particular, you take responsibility for the execution of the projects and intensively accompany the implementation of the line systems You plan the necessary measures in the project and support the creation of contract documents, contract negotiations and the creation of approval documents

You are trained technicians (w/m/d) or have a completed degree in engineering (FH, Uni, DH). You ideally bring experience in project management and in the areas of pipeline and steel construction or Line infrastructure. You have a class B licence and are ready to travel to our project locations within Baden-Württemberg (depending on the project phase, on average 1 x per week). You have pronounced communicative skills, a safe occurrence and negotiation skills. You are characterized by the joy of design, sense of responsibility and the ability to advance projects in a dedicated manner.
