IT Project Manager (m/f/d)

As an IT project manager in a domain team within the Customer Projects area, you are the first respondent of the customer in all matters. You are responsible for managing extensive and demanding introductory projects of our products with national customers. We are looking for your expertise that already includes experience in IT project management and a high customer orientation.

As part of the management of projects, it is one of your tasks and it is your responsibility to ensure the project objectives with regard to the introduction and integration into “time, quality and budget”. You carry out the project-specific product configuration in coordination with the customer, accept the associated customer requirements and set out obligations. You are also responsible for reporting the project results in the relevant bodies and take over the coordination and control of the internal production areas. In cooperation with the sales you serve the commercial processes from the offer skalkulation to the invoice.

Your incorporation is mainly done by the mentor you have committed and the associated domain team. During this phase you will get in touch with different topics of our professionally wide range of tasks. Within the teams we strongly focus on the direct exchange of knowledge and short communication channels. The focus is always on a cooperative relationship to ensure the quality of results together.

Complete technical or scientific studies or completed vocational training with corresponding professional experience in the labour market At least 3 years of practical work experience in IT project management Safe appearance and joy in dealing with customers High customer orientation and fast conception Very good German knowledge of word and writing, English knowledge desirable Very good MS Office knowledge Project management certification (e.g. V-model XT, PMP, agile methods) readiness to travel
