You are responsible for the organization of the entire back office and act as a central interface for our lawyers: You create and process legal documents as well as correspondence after dictate or self-respect You manage the entire file management and ensure smooth processes through careful time and re-imagination control, ideally with RA-Micro You coordinate sovereign appointments and meetings and ensure perfect preparation and follow-up You take over the full account of clients, from invoice creation to the monitoring of payment inputs
