Our mission is to inspire customers. In our Duty Free Shops we sell an extensive range of high-quality brand perfumes, cosmetics, tobacco products, spirits, confectionery and accessories. As a deputy store manager (m/w/d), you live as a model of the disciplinary leadership position and are co-responsible for the success, motivation and further development of your management and sales team. Together with your store manager, you will ensure an optimal shopping experience in your stores.

You support the store manager in disciplinary staff management, with the coaching of employees being one of your core tasks You are the first contact person for your team and develop your leadership team & sales team together with your Store Manager You secure the shop-internal flow of goods You opt for the product presentation and give assortment suggestions in exchange with Category Management In tuning, you opt for the shop-relevant KPIs and achieving economic goals You conduct interviews and decide on setting new teammates

You have a completed professional training or comparable professional experience? You have fun and already first experiences in managing executives & staff teams? You bring a high degree of self-initiative and are an organizational talent? You can give constructive feedback and see this as a form of further development? You want to do your best in shiftwork, even on Sundays and holidays? You are an enthusiast and enjoy selling and contacting international, demanding guests You're enjoying reaching sales/team targets? And also good English skills in word and writing?
