Automotive Service Advisor (m/f/d)

In your role as a service consultant/in Kfz, you take over the coordination of the entire order processing and keep an overview of all the dates you plan, track and tune at any time. With your technical know-how, you provide expert advice to our customers and provide precise, comprehensible cost suggestions that are tailored to their needs. You provide well-founded repair recommendations, control the service processes efficiently and thus ensure a high customer satisfaction and a smooth run in the daily business.

You have experience as a service consultant in the car house and are therefore perfectly prepared for the requirements and procedures in the car service area. Through your sovereign and competent appearance, you gain the trust of our customers and care for long-term customer relationships.
