You support the implementation of global product group strategies for business trips. You are actively involved in the global implementation of the Travel & Expense system, the travel agency and the credit card program. You control measures for process and cost optimization in the purchase of flight, hotel, car hire, train, vehicle or travel agency services. The creation of presentations, evaluations, project documents and analyses for contract and price negotiations is also part of your tasks. You opt for information and the Information Hub in the Intranet for traveling employees. In addition, you support the day-to-day business and accompany the management and development of the existing supplier portfolio.

You are immatricated in an economic science course, ideally with a focus on tourism or business travel management, and are looking for a mandatory internship. Funded MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Copilot) will help you. We require very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing.
