EY-Parthenon Manager Restructuring - Strategy and Transactions (m/f/d)

As part of our Financial Restructuring team at Hamburg, Frankfurt/Main, Stuttgart, Munich, Berlin and Düsseldorf, you will accompany companies in particularly challenging phases - whether transformation, restructuring or acute crisis situations. In complex transaction contexts, you develop tailor-made solutions together with the team and help implement faster and effective measures. You can do a variety of tasks: You play an important role in driving our growth: you conduct restructuring projects in various industries and provide the team and the customers with your expertise and support. You identify leverage for improvement in the context of financial and operational restructuring projects, support our client:in the implementation and take over the preparation and support of workshops, meetings and presentations. You structure work packages for the team during the project work and check the work results to ensure their high quality compared to our client. You guide your team and ensure the personal development of the individual team members. You also actively support internal activities such as pitch presentations, market launches or other initiatives.

You have an above-average Master's degree in Economics, Industrial Engineering or Law with a focus on business or insolvency law. You have at least four years of professional experience in consulting or project work in the field of restructuring and strategy consulting. You are responsible for dealing with difficult situations, presenting yourself confidently in front of the client: inside and communicate safely in German (at least C1 level) and English.
