Regulatory requirements are constantly changing - especially where banking, IT and digitalization come together. In our IT-Compliances can be used to identify, evaluate and translate new regulatory developments at an early stage. At the DKB you work at the interface of IT, compliance, risk management and specialist areas. You analyse regulatory requirements, evaluate their impact on our IT landscape and help to make risks transparent and develop processes. So you make an important contribution to ensuring that we act as a digital bank securely, responsibly and sustainable. If you are happy to prepare complex regulatory issues in a comprehensible way, to analyze them in a structured manner and to develop practical solutions together with different stakeholders, this role fits you very well. Your tasks You analyse regulatory and supervisory requirements with relevance for DKB's IT and evaluate their impact on existing processes, systems and controls. You keep track of regulatory developments in the IT environment and prepare relevant changes for internal stakeholders. You identify possible IT compliance risks and derive concrete recommendations for action for IT, departments and management. You support the further development of our monitoring, analysis and documentation processes in the field of IT compliance. You participate in internal and external audits, audits and special analyses and assist in the structured preparation of results. You work closely with interfaces from IT, compliance, risk management, information security and other disciplines.

Your profile You have a degree, for example in law, economic law, economics, computer science, economic informatics or a comparable qualification. Ideally, you have experience in compliance, legal monitoring, risk management, IT governance, information security or regulatory analysis. You can quickly capture, classify and process complex regulatory or legal issues. You work analytically, structured and carefully and keep track of complex topics. You have a good understanding of IT processes or the willingness to work intensively on IT-regulatory topics. You can safely communicate in German and understand and classify English-language regulatory content. You like to work across areas and enjoy translating regulatory requirements into practical solutions.
