Payroll Specialist (m/f/d)

Responsibility for salary billing: You take the independent and timely execution of the payroll accounting for a fixed group of employees and all this with the SAP R/3 HR systems. Contact for all questions: You are the first contact person for authorities, executives, and employees on all issues relating to payroll accounting. Data management: You collect and care for the master and movement data and take care of the digital personal files of each individual employee. You'll start certificates, analyses of statistics and accompany pay tax and social security checks. Process optimization: With your expertise, you actively contribute to the further development and optimization of our HR processes. You take the certificate and registration and take care of the relevant correspondence.

Your educational path: You have a completed commercial training or a comparable qualification. Your strengths: You bring first professional experience in wage and salary billing and have a good understanding of wage tax and social security law. The handling of the MS Office is of course for you. Your profile: You are structured and working independently. With your hand-on mentality and your strong numerical understanding, you will always find a solution. Ideally, you also have user knowledge in SAP.
