Senior Consultant Deal Advisory mit Fokus Private Equity /Venture Capital (w/m/d)

COUNTRIES. We are looking for a Senior Consultant Deal Advisory with Focus Private Equity/Venture Capital (w/m/d) for our Deal Advisory Teams in Hamburg, Düsseldorf and Munich. Our Deal Advisory Team advises financial investors as well as strategic investors in transactions in different industries and supports exciting national and cross-border projects along with our 1,200 Deal Advisory experts in more than 60 countries. With our specialized team, we offer our customers individual solutions for M&A transactions and conduct due diligences and company reviews.

You are responsible for conducting financial due diligence investigations (both buy-side and Vendor due diligences) and other transaction advice for our customers. You take over the critical analysis of corporate planning, the creation of corporate assessments and the plausibility of liquidity plans. You are responsible for the independent production of company and industry analyses, financial models and reports. You take on the self-sponsored support of smaller projects focusing on private equity/veterture capital and start-ups.

You have completed your bachelor's or master's degree (tops, e.g. exams, accounting, controlling, financing, Deal Advisory / Corporate Finance). You have been working in a comparable position in the Deal Advisory/Corporate Finance environment for at least two years and have collected project experience in the areas of due diligence, corporate assessment and M&A and are well familiar with accounting regulations. You have very good English skills and have already gained international experience. You convince with your strong communication strength and open minded personality.
