Your duties include: Examination of incoming subscriptions (such as wills, certificates) Examination of incoming legitimation documents and instructions of the heirs Timely and correct processing of incoming orders Handling of correspondence and telephone calls with customers and consultants in clarifications and requests Answering the telephone and written requests from customers, mediators and authorities As a competent contact person, you remain motivated and efficient in stress situations You always seek and find a solution and bring impulses to improve our processes and work results sustainably.
