IT Berater Microsoft Dynamics Business Central (m/w/d)

The Schwarz IT supports the entire digital infrastructure and all software solutions of the companies of the Schwarz Group. It is therefore responsible for selecting, providing and operating as well as further developing IT infrastructures, IT platforms and business applications. In order to optimally support the areas of expertise through IT solutions in their business processes, the Schwarz IT takes up the requirements of the departments in consultations and works together with these professional and efficient IT solutions. Together with our departments, we pursue the goal of a clean future based on sustainable resource management. As part of our team, you will contribute to this in which you will form the bridge between the department and the developer. You act as a central contact person and expert for business processes and IT solutions. You support the field in defining the technical requirements and translate them into technical solutions. As a central element, we rely on a Microsoft Business Central ERP system which forms the basis for further subsystems.

Process analysis & process optimization: You immerse yourself in the business processes of our customers, evaluate the applications used (especially MS Business Central ERP, industry solutions, MS SQL, GWS (AppScripts etc.), Microstrategy) and identify optimization potentials. Requirement management: You capture, analyze and document customer requirements precisely and translate them into technical concepts and application configurations. Strategic advice: You advise our customers proactively and competently with regard to the design of their business processes and the optimal use of the system functionality. Knowledge transfer: You train the key users and enable them to effectively use the new solutions. Interface management: Create detailed specifications and coordinate external IT service providers as well as internal developer teams in implementing the requirements. Quality assurance: You accompany test phases and ensure that the implemented solutions meet the quality standards and customer requirements.

You have a sound business knowledge and Microsoft Dynamics Business Central know-how You have a successfully completed study of computer science or business informatics or a comparable qualification You have experience in implementing, supporting and customizing IT systems You have an independent and solution-oriented way of working, express yourself through strong process thinking and can illustrate complex facts vividly You have communication strength, a quick understanding, team skills and flexibility You have good German and English skills JOBV1_EN
