Technical experience: (multiannual) experience e.g. in the KFZ workshop and in the execution of vehicle service / repair work in automotive, aviation, marine or similar industries Technical qualification: You have an appropriate certification to be able to perform vehicle repairs in Germany (Gesellenbrief) Responsibility: You like to play a leading role in health and safety concerns that occur during work Communication skills: You speak and write well German and know how to convey your position clearly and respectfully Teamability and flexibility: You like working in the team and can build and maintain good working relationships with all internal stakeholders. You can work in shiftwork to support your team. This can include weekends as well as morning and evening shifts (at a 5-day week) Driving permit: You have a valid EU driving licence of class B Permission: You have a valid work permit for Germany
