For the Business Unit Permanent Magnets of the Operations section we are looking for

*. Monitoring and supervision of cross-departmental processes Testing customer specifications in “Technical clarification” for optimal feasibility Recognizing the need for new manufacturing technologies Release of process and quality test data and work plans Determination of causes in internal quality problems or failures at the customer Introduction of measures to avoid errors Detection of rationalization projects and introduction of process improvements within the framework of Ratio projects Optimisation of existing procedures, incorporating new findings and stimulating change Planning and monitoring of production experiments, evaluating the results and, if necessary, deriving and implementing measures ensuring the availability of machines and complex systems; Organisation of large repairs, maintenance and remodeling Creating production regulations, work instructions and test regulations

Completion of at least 4-year higher education and expertise from multiannual professional experience in process engineering desirable Knowledge of magnetic machining, manufacturing, process engineering and their influence on product properties Knowledge of SAP, MS Office and CAD Knowledge and experience in project management English language skills in word and writing Communication Readiness to learn new topics
