Your tasks: Building & Technology: Care and regular control of the company building, execution of small repairs and control of doors, windows, lighting, sanitary facilities and technical facilities. These include battery change and easy maintenance on door transponders. Security & control: Check of closing systems, escape routes and emergency exits as well as basic fire protection requirements. Regular visual inspections of server space, archive and spaces as well as notification of faults, damages and other vulnerabilities. Order & outdoor facilities: ensuring cleanliness and order in the building, courtyard, entrance area and at the smoking site as well as care of outdoor facilities, green areas and plants including casting. Implementation of the winter service for snow and smoothness according to local requirements. Material & disposal: waste and waste disposal including the provision of waste containers as well as the administration of master materials, tools and stocks. Keep in mind cleaning and consumables, report order requirements and provide materials at the intended locations. Post, parcels & deliveries: pick-up of the entry post in the post office as well as preparation, franking and return of the exit post. Operation and support of the postage meter machine as well as acceptance and internal forwarding of parcels, goods and supplies. Furniture & internal relocations: dismantling and disposal of old office furniture, the construction and assembly of new furniture, as well as the implementation of smaller conversions. Support for internal relocations and other carnival activities. Craftsmen & service providers: coordination and support of external craftsmen and service providers as well as organisation of representation in absence periods. Pool vehicle: care and maintenance of the pool vehicle including regular visual inspections, smaller works such as lamp change, cleaning and organisation and execution of TÜV and repair appointments. Archive & IT support: File archiving, digitalization and professional file disposal in close coordination with the central services and specialist departments as well as IT support in hardware delivery.

Your profile craftsmanship and good technical understanding, craftsmanship or technical training is advantageous Professional experience as a master, house technician, facility staff or in a comparable activity desirable Self-employed, reliable and careful working and a good eye for order, cleanliness and safety Practical hand-on mentality and willingness to carry out various tasks in everyday work Organizational and sense of responsibility, especially in the coordination of craftsmen, appointments and representations Safe and friendly handling of employees, external service providers and suppliers Basic PC knowledge for simple organizational and administrative activities Physical load-bearing capacity, e.g. for furniture mountings, covers, outdoor care and winter service Driving licence Class B for trips by the pool vehicle and TÜV, workshop or disposal dates Good German knowledge for internal coordination and communication with external contacts
