You take the technical and professional responsibility for the further development of our e-commerce and integration platforms. Not only do you work on the architecture and technologies of tomorrow, but you also develop our developer team. You question existing structures, establish standards, promote talents and shape a powerful development team for the future together with the relevant specialist and leadership levels. You actively shape the technological orientation of our ecommerce and platform landscape and bring your expertise into cross-disciplinary decisions. Responsibility for the further development of our e-commerce, integration and data platforms as well as the design of a future-proof system architecture Professional leadership, coaching and further development of the developer team as well as building a powerful development organization Introduction and Ensuring Modern Development, Quality and Deployment Processes Assessment and implementation of new technologies, frameworks and AI-based solutions Ensuring performance, stability, security and scalability of our systems Control of technical roadmaps and translation of business requirements in sustainable technical solutions Close cooperation with specialist departments and consulting management and stakeholders in technology and investment decisions Support for complex architecture and development issues as well as promoting a future-oriented team and technology culture
