Care of the CAFM system in area and property management Recording and updating floor plans, furniture and attributes Creation and maintenance of occupancy and relocation plans in the CAFM system Creation of reports, dashboards and charts to visualize area data Processing of data in predictable evaluations for internal and external stakeholders work in the customer system on site, close cooperation with the customer Support in the analysis and optimization of land use concepts

Experience in handling CAFM systems in area management (e.g. IMSWARE, Speedikon C) Very good knowledge in Microsoft Excel, especially in the creation of evaluations and diagrams Embossed numerical affinity and analytical thinking readiness to verify safety T3 under the Security Audit Act (SÜG) Self-employed, structured and customer-oriented work German knowledge at C2 level, mother tongue
