The Integratives Leben e.V. initiative is an established social institution that has been working for inclusion and social participation since 1993. With around 650 employees, the organization offers a wide range of services for outpatient assistance, integration assistance and child and youth assistance. These include, among other things, school inclusion, open all-day schools, family-assisted services, outpatiently supported housing, social-pedagogical family support and an extensive leisure programme for all ages. In close cooperation with municipalities, schools, regional network partners and other stakeholders, offers are continuously developed and adapted to social and regional needs. For this client, conQuaesso is looking for a regional management (w/m/d) inclusion, participation and social services for the newly created position in Sonsbeck.

With a strategic view, you build the position of regional management, control the range of services offered by the region and continuously develop existing services in dialogue with municipalities, schools and other regional partners. In your role, you will keep an eye on economic key figures and regional as well as general legal and political developments, recognise risks early on and initiate measures to ensure the economic stability and sustainability of the offers. You work participatively in the team, accompany the professional and personal development of your employees and strengthen both team management and specialist coordinators. Here you give clear orientation and shape constructive and trusting cooperation. Through close cooperation with cost providers, authorities and network partners, you represent the organisation at regional level and actively engage in professional bodies. With far-sightedness, you analyze social and regional needs, initiate new forms of supply and contribute to the strategic development of the region and the organisational structure.

A completed study of social education, medical education, social work, social sciences, social management or a comparable qualification forms the technical basis for this position; In addition, additional training is desired. You have a well-founded knowledge of the social economy – ideally in the context of integration aid and BTHG – as well as a good understanding of economic relations and funding opportunities. Multiannual leadership experience in social organizations empowers you to guide teams, develop employees and design change processes constructively and innovatively. A strong strategic way of thinking and a secure view for economic potential and regional developments will help you to manage your area of responsibility in a sustainable manner. Personally, you are convinced by authenticity, empathy and communication strength. You give orientation and work together at the same time with different actors.
