The core of your activity is the analysis, evaluation and drawing of national and international risks of transport insurance for our industrial customers in Central/West Germany. You create premiums, negotiate contract conditions and start offerings with risk-based tariffing in the new and existing business and are responsible for the independent management of the transferred stock. As an expert for industrial transport insurance, you are actively contacting our major sales partners and are their first contact partner*in - professional, sales and sales promotion. Through your active market observation, you always keep a current look at market developments, customer needs and sales potentials in their portfolio. You regularly work with overarching themes and projects and continuously exchange with the relevant interfaces.

You enjoy underwriting and sales activities in the field, where you work directly with customers and sales partners. With empathy and knowledge of the needs of sales, your self-understanding as a solution finder and your winning way, you can create added value for our sales partners daily. You are well organized, you can set priorities, go your themes structured and like to meet decisions. Change, innovation and continuous training are fun - you think entrepreneurial and a greedy with vision. You have completed a degree in the field of insurance, legal science, BWL o. A. or have one of the following qualifications: Kaufmannfrau für Versicherungen und Finance, Versicherungsfach-/ Betriebswirtin or a comparable qualification. With many years of professional experience in the national and international underwriting of industrial transport insurance, you bring excellent expertise, ideally including a DVA training. Travel readiness and excellent English skills complete your profile. An external service contract is provided for this purpose. Employees who do not yet have the required qualifications are welcome to apply, but can acquire them in a reasonable time.
