Strategic Analyst – Construction Financing (m/f/d)

You write the key strategic and operational challenges of our construction finance business, recognize what can be better, and strengthen the strategic team real estate financing. Clear the market, identify opportunities in competition, identify customer needs: You have the view and transform insights into clear action recommendations for products, portfolio, pricing, channels and target groups. You work side by side with the teams for pricing, finance and risk, control portfolio profitability and create meaningful business cases as well as decision templates for management. Scenario analyses open interest, market and portfolio effects and make complex topics tangible and understandable. Also in senior stakeholder management, you are confident, you bring your know-how into our global Mortgage network and are a model and coach for younger team members Every day, you contribute to making our building financing even more successful and bringing our customers closer to their dream of home.

Economic studies (M.Sc.) or a comparable qualification Multiannual experience in the financial sector, ideally in the credit or construction finance environment or in the advice Understanding profitability indicators, risk aspects and pricing mechanisms Safe in handling data, reporting systems and quantitative models Fit in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, in creating quantitative business cases as well as high-quality management documents Experienced in the management and further development of strategically relevant topics High level of autonomy and sense of responsibility Communication skills and standing in dealing with senior stakeholders Embossed analytical, strategic and conceptual thinking Ability to think beyond your own horizon and develop sustainable solutions Very good German and English in word and writing
