Our focus: communication, empowerment and sustainable user adoption – especially in the AI environment.

You support the planning and implementation of software change measures and adoption strategies. You work on creating and maintaining communication materials and training documents. Workshops and trainings on new or modified software solutions are supported in the organization and implementation. A close cooperation with various departments and teams is of course for you to ensure a successful implementation of our IT projects. Contents for the responsible use of AI tools will help you to promote AI literacy and safely utilize the potential of AI.

You are a registered student*in in a study such as Business Informatics, Business Psychology, Communication Sciences or the like and can support us from 01.04.2026 for at least 1 year with 15-18h a week You also understand complex content. (End user orientation) You have a high IT affinity and curiosity at AI. Your communication skills are very strong. You have a high understanding of change processes New topics and formats are open to you. You bring great joy to ambitious and ambitious projects.
