Design, testing and negotiation of IP contracts, such as secrecy agreements or material transfer agreements, with global contractors Advising WACKER's business and central areas on all aspects of IP contracts Support for WACKER's business and central areas in the negotiation of IP contracts Optimization and implementation of process processes with regard to design, testing and negotiation of IP contracts including AI-based applications Development and implementation of training formats for WACKER employees on IP and CDA related topics Monitoring of relevant legislation and legislation in all relevant legal systems Compilation, registration, implementation and defence of patents with a focus on biotechnology Creation and monitoring of patent positions within the framework of projects, competition observation and M&A projects Support in the development and implementation of WACKER's patent strategy BIOSOLUTIONS

Academic completion of the field of biology, microbiology, biotechnology or biochemistry, ideally with doctoral studies; with experience in industrial biotechnology, genetics or pharmacology Multiannual professional experience in dealing with IP contracts, preferably in an IP or legal department of an industrial company, a lawyer or patent attorney's law firm Experience in the creation, registration and defence of patent applications, in particular in the field of biotechnology Very good IT confession and application experience with AI-based applications, especially in contract management knowledge of intellectual property; an education for the German patent attorney (w/m/d) and/or European Patent Attorney (w/m/d) Analytical skills, solution-oriented and self-employed modes of work and subcontracting Team skills, communication strength, decision-making and enthusiasm for work in interdisciplinar, international teams English language and written knowledge, including legal terminology
