Accounting of current business incidents, banks, cash registers, and allocation and clarification of all incoming payments Payment transactions, bank deposits Continuous coordination of open items, account clarification and differential adjustment independent execution of the dungeon – from the first dunning stage to the final warning Transfer of inappropriate receivables to external debt collection service providers and support of ongoing debt collections Communication with customers, internal specialist departments and external partners in payment clarifications Participation in monthly and annual work

Completed commercial training, training as a tax specialist, financial account holder or comparable Professional experience in financial accounting, ideal for debitor Safe handling of an ERP system Affinity and joy in structured work Careful and responsible operation Team spirit, absolute reliability and confidentiality Good MS Office knowledge, especially Excel Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
