Our HR (HR/MV) functions as an internationally aspiring business partner of Mercedes-Benz Vans and supports the strategic orientation of the division with modern and efficient personnel processes and instruments. As part of your internship, you will get a great insight into the day-to-day performance of the management level as well as the associated teams and actively support in change management processes, personnel development measures and in the day-to-day business of HR Business Partners. These challenges include: Working in varied, operational and strategic HR topics Participation in recruiting Participation in personnel development, in particular development of executives: monitoring, organisation and implementation of workshops Creation of presentations, concepts and briefing documents, e.g. for board presentations Provide documents for various bodies in a timely and complete manner Processing and commenting of work results and decision templates in the form of presentations, statistics and tables Developing own, innovative concepts and creating presentations and decision-making templates for top management Organisation and implementation of workshops, seminars and events Organisation and implementation of Townhalls and other major events in the Board of Management Participation in meetings and protocol management and subsequent action controlling The mandatory practice can start from October 2025.

Degree course in the field of economics, law or social sciences or a comparable degree course with deepening in human resources management and ideally have already gained first experience in the HR environment Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing Good knowledge in MS Office (especially Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) Communicate team player In a position to develop structured and independent topics Please note that your internship at this site must have a prescribed mandatory share.
