You are responsible for the final quality and final control of the vehicles and actively support your team in complex fault diagnosis on trucks, construction machines and cars. You control the order processing from acceptance to final delivery and continuously optimize the workshop processes. The demand-oriented procurement of spare parts is also part of your responsibility. In representation for the department manager, organize and coordinate the workshop operation and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. You are the central specialist for all mechanics (m/w/d).

You have completed training on motor vehicle mechatronics (m/w/d) with the focus on commercial vehicle technology and your master. You bring at least 3 years of relevant professional experience with commercial vehicles in a comparable position. You are willing to take on professional leadership, and ideally have already gained first experience in it. You have very good truck product knowledge and have real interest in vehicle technologies. You are characterized by empathy and strong communication skills across all levels. You have a class B (or class 3) driving licence in your pocket. You'll be safe with your computer and master MS Office without any problems.
