You take responsibility for cross-departmental key projects in the technical service and bring your extensive experience into strategic planning and implementation You lead and control complex initiatives on topics such as digitalization, AI or process innovation – from concept phase to sustainable implementation In addition to projects, You also take over cross-border activities such as reporting, budget & PMO activities of the management Together with the team, you analyze and optimize existing processes, shape sustainable structures and promote the digital transformation of the organization As a project manager, you are the central contact person for specialist areas, executives and external partners – managing Actively promote project communication and stakeholder management at all levels You prepare decision-making templates and presentations for top management and work directly at the company's strategic orientation

You have a degree in economic, engineering or technical sciences or a comparable qualification You already have experience in project and process management – ideally in a technically shaped or very property-related environment You convince by a pronounced strategic and entrepreneurial thinking, high communication skills and a safe occurrence at management level You have a deep understanding of complex business processes and are versed in managing interdisciplinary teams You occasionally like to travel to develop your projects and your network actively on site You are a team player and convince by your collegial art
