Take damage: Telefo­nically or in writing reported damages (KH and Kasko) take up and apply them. Advising customers: your customers and third parties will be able to provide you with telephonic care and manage the active damage management clearly and in a solution-oriented manner. Partners: Commu­nity with partner workshops and other service providers and keep all employees up to date. Injury cases: The final regu­lation, from payment to cancellation, will be used to tighten up, including the corresponding correspondence (except personal and foreign damage). Check reserves: Determine damage reserves per individual damage and keep monitoring. Regressions: Regression possibilities check the operation and use necessary measures – in close cooperation with other operations and damage departments.

A completed training for the insurance company or a comparable qualification is your foundation. Experience in the manufacture of power-driven shafts will bring you with you and apply your knowledge safely.
