You advise on the design, optimization and implementation of HR processes and HR cloud solutions, such as SAP SuccessFactors. Teamwork – You support digital HR transformation and implementation in international and interdisciplinary teamwork and are part of a network in which you can bring your ideas to innovative HR solutions, digital HR landscape or modern and agile implementation methods at any time. As a senior consultant, you have at least 3 years of professional experience as well as deeper knowledge in the field of human resource cloud technologies and brings experience in business consulting. In addition, you have worked with one or more of the SAP SuccessFactors modules Employee Central, Time Management, Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning, Performance & Goals, Succession & Development, Compensation, Analytics.
