For our Transformation business unit, we are looking for you as Consultant Digital HR Systems - SAP SuccessFactors (w/m/d).

It's waiting for you HR IT – As part of the People & Organisation HR IT team, you are helping global leaders to make their HR management more digital. You advise on the design, optimization and implementation of HR processes and HR cloud solutions, such as SAP SuccessFactors. Teamwork – You support digital HR transformation and implementation in international and interdisciplinary teamwork and are part of a network in which you can bring your ideas to innovative HR solutions, digital HR landscape or modern and agile implementation methods at any time. Thematic diversity – Our projects in the HR environment are diverse, both the analysis, conception and implementation of holistic HR IT strategies, as well as the support of the resulting digital organizational change are part of your portfolio of tasks. In doing so, you bring your personal strengths and perspectives in a profitable way and can drive your own digitization issues in the team.

That's what you bring You have successfully completed your studies in economics, business management, human resources management, business informatics or a comparable degree program. As a consultant, you bring experience in Human Resource Cloud technologies (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors) that you could collect through internships. Ideally, you have already gained experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central. As a senior consultant, you have at least 3 years of professional experience as well as deeper knowledge in the field of human resource cloud technologies and brings experience in business consulting. In addition, you have worked with one or more of the SAP SuccessFactors modules Employee Central, Time Management, Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning, Performance & Goals, Succession & Development, Compensation, Analytics. Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing complete your profile. You are analytic and conceptually strong to achieve the best possible success for your team and project. Your communication strength and your safe appearance will help you to work with our customers, to whom you will continue your knowledge through workshops.
