You are responsible for the operational management of the Warehouse Arnstadt. Check compliance with the Working Time Act and all relevant social, labour and health regulations. You are responsible for the professional and disciplinary leadership of about 50 employees. You take over personnel and resource planning in accordance with economic efficiency. You support staff acquisition and then coordinate the incorporation of new employees. Your tasks include identifying potential improvements and implementing them. You evaluate relevant key figures taking into account our quality standards and initiate measures to optimize them.

You have a degree with a focus on logistics or comparable qualifications. You bring relevant professional and leadership experience in a comparable position. You operate safely in the handling of modern IT workstation equipment and common MS Office products. Your high level of reliability, carefulness, sense of responsibility and enthusiasm and team skills complete your profile.
