Project manager for building in existing structures (m/f/d)

Design the future of existing buildings – from idea to handover In this position, you will guide renovations, cultivations and renovations from acquisitions to planning, costing and implementation to successful decline – in private homes as well as in commercial buildings. As the engine of the “Building in Stock” division, you build this growing business area, create structures, establish processes and implement projects with sustainable added value for our customers. You acquire existing customers and new customers for exciting inventory projects and actively expand our market position in the field of building in stock. You advise customers on spatial concepts, possibilities of use, technical solutions and first tailor-made offers and ensure the successful conclusion of the contract. You then take over the project management from the implementation to the successful acceptance, control internal teams from construction, home technology and work preparation as well as external partners and ensure a smooth project run. You are responsible for quality, cost control, billing and measures the project success.

You are a civil engineer, construction engineer, carpenter (m/w/d) or comparable, with ideally several years of professional experience in sales or as project or building manager (m/w/d) of existing projects or in turnkey construction. Knowledge of costing, contracting and the VOB is advantageous. You bring passion for sales, customer support and project management. You trade entrepreneurial, self-responsive and solution-oriented and have the pleasure of actively shaping a business field and building structures. Your working style is characterized by high commitment, self-initiative and structure, and you can keep budgets, dates and quality in mind at any time.
