INTELLIGENCE (m/w/d)

Construction and development of the hkk Process Intelligence platform with a focus on process mining and process tracking Connection of resystems via Apache Kafka to integrate relevant data sources to the Process Intelligence platform Creation of reports, key figures and management evaluations to control, analyze and optimize business processes Conception and implementation of process optimizations for different input channels based on process parameters Control and coordination of external service providers

Successfully completed studies of (economic) informatics or completed training as a specialist for system integration or a comparable qualification with relevant digitalisation experience Practical experience with IMS/DMS systems and their integration, ideally in the environment of health insurance Knowledge of Process Mining and/or Process Monitoring Experience with integration platforms and messaging technologies, preferably Apache Kafka Impressed analytical skills and a quick understanding combined with a solution-oriented approach High level of initiative, sense of responsibility and independent and reliable functioning
