Processing of personnel matters of all groups of employees (officials, employees, trainees, trainees) Processing of personal-law sub-areas (e.g. heavy-handed law, measures under the LGG, personnel representation law) Processing of requests and statistical surveys Task management Participation in personnel cost budgeting Working with personnel management projects (e.g. digitalisation)

Career skills for the third entry office (Bachelor of Arts, Diplom-Administrator) or corresponding training qualification from A 10 LBesG Knowledge of working and public service law is desirable Experience in the projected area is desirable IPEMA staff management system knowledge is advantageous Highly committed, resilient and flexible personality Team and communication skills Enforcement, social competence, ability to develop solutions independently and their practical implementation in the field of human resources discretion, reliability and trustworthiness Good oral and written expressiveness Good IT skills and interest in information technology driving licence (class B) and readiness to operate a service vehicle
