People & Culture Partner with a focus on recruiting (m/f/d)

You actively control and accompany the entire recruiting process of professionals and executives as well as trainees for your defined unit, from the first briefing to the final occupation and are responsible for a positive candidate and onboarding experience You accompany and advise executives and work closely with internal interfaces You take care of trainees and interns:inside and actively shape their development You plan and implement measures in personal marketing and represent us at trade fairs and events You contribute to the evaluation of HR key figures and support data-based insights You participate in HR projects and perform personal administrative tasks (including the creation of work contracts, transfers, certificates and pre- and onboarding)

You have completed a study with a focus on personnel or a comparable training with additional qualification in the HR field You have experience in recruiting, ideally in the occupation of technical and commercial positions, are open to new recruiting and personal marketing trends and have already gained insights into employee and training support You convince with a good sense for people, communicate with target groups and like to go to the exchange with various contact persons: inside You think innovative, like working on projects and enjoy going new ways You score with a professional appearance, high service orientation and a structured and careful way of working You use MS Office and social media safely in your daily work and convince with very good German skills in word and writing, further language skills are a plus
