Maturity management: In order to improve continuously, we want to know what processes we still have optimization potential. For this we need an identification instrument: You conceptually build up the degree of maturity measurement in the HR sector, perform these and derive concrete potentials for improvement Process modelling: For the processes to be analyzed, you are responsible for the care and harmonisation of process recordings and documentation (BPMN 2.0 focus) KPI & Standardization: You develop key figures for evaluating the digital maturity and effectiveness of measures and ensure the utilisation (interface to HR Data & Analytics) Case Management & Priority: You provide a transparent overview of the cases, their status and assessment and prioritization. To do this, you work closely with the POs of the systems and with the respective HR areas Governance & Right: You keep data protection and quality requirements as well as legal circumstances in the data collection Community Management: You promote the exchange of HR Key users and within the HR organization to increase digital competence

A completed study and at least 2 years of professional experience in the environment Processes, HR and Digitization You have proven well-founded practical knowledge in process management (BPMN 2.0) You bring good operational HR confession and knowledge of typical HR processes with You act sovereignly with KPI ́s and consider business processes analytically. In doing so, you have the entrepreneurial added value as well as the user practicality You are fit in methodological evaluation and effectiveness measurement of digital solutions It is up to you to prepare complex results for management in dashboards or presentations You bring very good German knowledge What else?
