Clients, clients and employees very much appreciate that all important care facilities are within walking distance. The home cares for itself in all matters, the focus is on the self-sufficiency of the inhabitants and the guidance on a life that is as independent as possible. Support our team at Spingenweg as a pedagogical specialist (w/m/d) in unlimited full-time job. Your tasks: Assistance and accompaniment: Individual pedagogical assistance and accompaniment of adult people with disabilities in everyday life as well as support in self-determined lifestyle. Support: Accompanying the implementation of personal goals and wishes in the context of individual participation planning as well as promoting self-employment and self-responsibility. If necessary, you will take deputy activities. Needs: The individual needs of clients are at the heart of your action. You promote social participation, self-determination and the active design of everyday life. Everyday life and participation: support in the areas of housing, recreational design, health, social relationships and structuring of everyday life and domestic activities. Documentation: Implementation, documentation and evaluation of pedagogical measures as well as preparation and updating of participation plans taking into account the technical requirements (e.g. BEI_NRW). Team and cooperation: Close cooperation with relatives, legal advisors and external cooperation partners. Active participation in case meetings, team meetings and the conceptual development of the offer. Speciality and Law: Implementation of the technical standards and the legal requirements of the Federal Dispute Act (BTHG) to ensure personalised support and participation. Your profile: Qualification: educators (w/m/d), nurses (w/m/d), social teachers (w/m/d) with state recognition or comparable Experiences: in aid planning (BEI_NRW) Knowledge: with electronic documentation and the current MS Office products Creativity: No day resembles the other.
