You bring new ideas, inspired by trends or yourself. You are responsible for orders, stock of goods and costing around spirits, wine and baressentials. You make sure that the bar is structured and the processes are clear. You develop the bar team, pass on knowledge and set standards for drinks and service You make sure that quality, presentation and taste remain constant at a high level You are contact:in for team, service and management in all questions about the bar And you make sure that the bar not only works, but has a clear handwriting
