Lawyer Public Procurement Law – Fully Qualified Lawyer (m/f/d)

For more than two decades, the partners of the firm have been active in the field of procurement law. We advise from our headquarters in Bonn on all issues relating to the award of contracts and concessions – both on the client side and on the bidder side. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a full jury (w⁠/⁠m⁠/⁠d) – ideally with first experience in the field of procurement law – as Lawyer for Contract Law (w⁠/⁠m⁠/⁠d) full time. Of course, we also like to invite experienced contractors (w⁠/⁠m⁠/⁠d) to take responsibility with us.

You advise with regard to all provisions of German and European procurement law. The consultation shall include in particular the following points: Conception and implementation of procurement procedures Creation of opinions and comments Examination of requests for participation and offers Analysis of award documents and creation of tender questions Creation of rugs or Responding to rugs Representation of procurement procedures

Two qualified legal examina Ideally first experience in procurement law Interest and understanding of technical and economic relations Commitment and communication strength Excellent knowledge of the German language
