Process Engineering Engineer

In the course of further growth we are looking for you as an engineering process technology (m/w/d). The position shall be fixed indefinitely.

You take over the calculation and design of pressure vessels and heat exchangers taking into account German and international regulations (e.g. AD 2000, DIN EN 13445, ASME). In addition, you are responsible for the design of machines and apparatus with the emphasis on mechanical process technology. You develop, design and construct machine elements as well as complex assemblies. In addition, create and check production drawings, piece lists and technical specifications for equipment and components. You accompany the order processing, including production, acceptance and quality control at our specialist workshops and partner companies. In addition, you work closely with internal departments and external suppliers to ensure smooth project implementation. Finally, you are responsible for creating technical documentation and for maintaining internal guidelines and standards.

You have a degree in mechanical engineering, in process engineering or a comparable qualification. In addition, you bring multi-year professional experience as a designer or processing engineer in the pressure container or Apparatus construction. Ideally, you have knowledge of the design of rotating machines or process apparatus. You are familiar with relevant technical regulations such as AD2000 and EN13445. In addition, you have knowledge of welding technology; a qualification as a welding specialist engineer is advantageous. You work safely with CAD systems (2D/3D), preferably HICAD. Knowledge of the FEM calculation is desirable. You are characterized by self-employment, self-initiative, sense of responsibility and cost awareness and are happy to work in the team. You also have good German and English knowledge in word and writing as well as well as well-founded MS Office knowledge.
