Project Manager OR Management - Process Optimization / Clinic (m/f/d)

You conduct and conduct consulting projects focusing on OP management, process optimization and resource management You analyze, model and optimize perioperative processes (from surgery planning to implementation) using modern lean management methods You design and implement strategies to improve the OP organization, process quality and resource utilization You collect and analyze performance and process indicators and derive data-based action recommendations You moderate interdisciplinary workshops and change management processes You develop and lead digitalization projects to support OP operation You work with clinic lines, medical and nursing executives as well as IT and controlling departments You coach and train OP teams for sustainable process optimization

You have several years of professional experience in OP management, OP coordination or management of an OP area, ideally in the maximum provider or comparable institution You have several years of activity in the surgery, a completed study of medicine, nursing science, health economics or a comparable qualification; ideally, you are a specialist (m/w/d) or nurse (m/w/d) with additional qualification in surgery management You have detectable experience in process optimization, OP-Controlling and Change Management You have knowledge of relevant key payment systems and OP management software You have pronounced analytical skills, structured thinking and implementation strength You have communication and moderation skills as well as experience in working with interdisciplinary teams and are ready to project-related travel activities
