Our client is a successful trading company. For the location south of Würzburg we are looking for a fleet disponent (m/w/d) in an indefinite fixed position. A presence is required on 5 days a week.

Do you have experience in disposition as well as in fleet management and ideally bring well-founded knowledge in the field of trucks and tour planning? Planning, coordination and control of fleet use Optimization of delivery tours taking into account economic aspects, time requirements and legal frameworks Central contact person for professional drivers and sales Monitoring compliance with legal regulations, in particular steering and rest periods Coordination of maintenance and repair measures and the monitoring of legally prescribed vehicle checks Processing, documentation and tracking of damages Analysis and continuous optimization of the MRP processes with regard to efficient processes

Complete training in the field of warehouse or logistics Experience in MRP and fleet management Knowledge of legal regulations such as steering and rest periods Experience with a forwarding or tour planning software Ready to work in early and late shifts Regional knowledge desirable Good knowledge in Excel Business thinking and a pronounced cost awareness Self-confident appearance and the ability to coordinate employees clearly and legally
